How it works
We like to make gifting as joyful (and easy!) as possible.
You’ve got a few options for building your box:
Customise this box – Choose your card and add a handwritten message so we can post it straight to your recipient, beautifully packed and ready to make their day. You can even add a “Do Not Open Until…” sticker if you’re planning ahead, perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or surprises!
Prefer to send it yourself? Have your box shipped directly to you without a message, ready for you to gift in person.
Want something totally unique? Explore our Build Your Own Box from scratch option to hand-pick every item, from card to treats, all hand-assembled with love and sourced from brilliant British suppliers.
Whichever you choose, your box will be lovingly packed by hand, ready to make someone smile.
Shipping
We know timing is everything!
All orders placed before 11am (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the very same day. Orders placed after that will be sent out the next working day.
You can choose from a range of delivery options, from Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class to DPD Next Day for when you need it in a hurry.
Planning ahead? Just let us know the special date, we can pop a “Do Not Open Until…” sticker on the box so your recipient knows when it’s time to celebrate.
Returns
We want every card and gift to spread smiles, but if something’s not quite right, here’s how we can help.
If your card has been handwritten by us and the gift box has been sent directly to your recipient, we’re sadly unable to accept returns (once it’s personalised, it’s uniquely theirs!).
If your box was sent to you and hasn’t been personalised, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days of delivery, no hard feelings!
And of course, if anything arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll make it right straight away with a replacement or full refund. Your happiness is what we’re all about!
